MEET THE TEAM

Pastor Ricky was Active Duty with the PA National Guard before answering the call to ministry. He is married to the love of his life Annie Ayala, and has two daughters Jannineris and Italina and a son the late Natanael.  He is a thrill-seeker, loves amusement parks, camping, going to the shore, reading books, singing, sports, and spending time with his grandson Romeo.

Cole is a graduate of Eastern University and is currently in seminary to finish his Masters in Divinity. His passion is for teaching spiritual formation and building healthy teams and culture. Cole and his wife Gina love spending time with their families, taking trips to the beach, hiking, and traveling to new places. 

Daniel is an accomplished opera singer, pianist, choir director, orchestra director, and vocal coach. He graduated from the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, with a degree in Voice Performance and a minor in Piano. He is now finalizing a Master of Arts in Music and Worship at Liberty University. Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife Joely. 

Eric is a graduate of Kutztown University. His past experience includes editing television news content and providing live video broadcasts of events.  Eric has a passion for leading teams and teaching others how to communicate the message of Christ. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Kate and children Logan, Levi, and Maeve.

Terri is a graduate of Ursinus College with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.  Her background is in business administration.  She enjoys volunteering with children and enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and son Ben.  She loves gardening and socializing with friends and family, as well as traveling with her husband and son.

Brynn is a graduate of Eastern University and is currently pursuing her master's degree through the Center for Youth Ministry Training. Brynn grew up going to church here and loves working with the ministry that was so formative for her as a student. Brynn is passionate about helping teenagers navigate their walk with Christ. When she isn’t working, Brynn can be found watching basketball.

Amy has been working with children and their families for over 30 years in many capacities. Her love of children and passion drives her to inspire young hearts and minds on their spiritual journey. She is a graduate of Immaculata University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Psychology. She is a wife to Mike and mother to 2 adult children and 1 teenager, 3 guinea pigs and 1 dog. She enjoys making music, gardening, spending time with her family and nature.

Natasha received her B.S. degree from Elizabethtown College in 2011,  and began working at the BCIU. She has been teaching in the field for over 13 years, working at KinderCare, Safe Berks, and the YMCA. In her free time, you can find Natasha playing with her son, Grant and enjoying the outdoors. She believes that early childhood education is an important step in the development of young children as it sets the foundation for future learning. Her passion is to help children reach their full God given potential in life. 

John worked for 30 years as a high school counselor, and 11 years as program director at various family life agencies.  He has 2 Masters degrees in school counseling, and marriage and family counseling.  John authored the book, “A Decision to Love”,  Twenty-third Publications.  John and his wife Kathryn have 5 adult sons, and 4 grandchildren.  John is an avid runner.

Debi has a masters degree in Education and has recently retired from 28 years of teaching. She is a wife, mother and grandmother and loves to travel and crochet.  Debi also has a passion for Women’s Ministry and loves digging into Bible Studies. She is excited to start this new chapter of her life Kingdom building!
