MEET THE TEAM

Pastor Ricky was Active Duty with the PA National Guard before answering the call to ministry. He is married to the love of his life Annie Ayala, and has two daughters Jannineris and Italina and a son the late Natanael.  He is a thrill-seeker, loves amusement parks, camping, going to the shore, reading books, singing, sports, and spending time with his grandson Romeo.

Cole holds a Master of Divinity from Kairos University and is an alum of Eastern University. His passion is for teaching, spiritual formation, and building healthy systems and teams. Cole and his wife Gina love spending time with their families, taking trips to the beach, hiking, and traveling to new places.

Daniel is a passionate and versatile musician with a heart for worship. An accomplished opera singer, pianist, choir and orchestra director, vocal coach, and worship leader, he brings together classical excellence and contemporary vision in both ministry and performance settings.

Daniel holds a Vocational Technical Program certification in Accounting, a Bachelor’s degree and Artist Diploma in Voice Performance with a minor in Piano from the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, and a Master of Arts in Music and Worship from Liberty University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree at Kairos University.

Dedicated to developing musicians and leading congregations in authentic worship, Daniel combines artistic skill, theological depth, and a passion for discipleship. He enjoys life with his wife, Joely, and their Schnauzer, Sky.

Monica attended Penn State University and Northeast Bible College (now the University of Valley Forge) before helping to start and lead a non-denominational church in the Boyertown area in 1977 and later working in multiple roles at New Hanover UMC. After enjoying eight years of retirement, Monica accepted the call to return to ministry and joined the staff at New Ridge. She finds great joy in welcoming new guests, helping them connect to the church, and leading the Care Ministry. Monica is the proud mother of three children—Steve, Joanna, and the late Abigail—and she delights in being “MomMom” to her two grandchildren, Stephen and Abigail.

Eric is a dedicated media professional who has always loved serving the church. His passion for media and worship fuels a mission to elevate the message through creative excellence. With a love for storytelling and a precision-driven approach to audiovisual systems, Eric bridges the technical and the creative to craft content that resonates. From live broadcast environments to working on media campaigns, he brings a cinematic eye and a strategic mindset to every project—delivering experiences that inspire, engage, and uplift.   Beyond work, he loves being with Family and spending time with his wife, Karley, and daughter Daisy.

Debi has a masters degree in Education and has recently retired from 28 years of teaching. She is a wife, mother and grandmother and loves to travel and crochet.  Debi also has a passion for Women’s Ministry and loves digging into Bible Studies. She is excited to start this new chapter of her life Kingdom building!

Amy has been working with children and their families for over 30 years in many capacities. Her love of children and passion drives her to inspire young hearts and minds on their spiritual journey. She is a graduate of Immaculata University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Psychology. She is a wife to Mike and mother to 2 adult children and 1 teenager, 3 guinea pigs and 1 dog. She enjoys making music, gardening, spending time with her family and nature. ​

Ashli has a passion for connecting others to New Ridge Fellowship and is the main point of contact for community groups and individuals looking to use our spaces. She also leads our facilities team in the care of our buildings.  Ashli is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, while cheering on their sons Masen and Jaxson.

Jillian holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Ottawa. As Communications Director, she brings a passion for clear, meaningful connection and storytelling to support the mission of New Ridge. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Amy and Ryan. Most weekends you'll find her and husband on the sideline cheering on their kids.

Brynn is a graduate of Eastern University and holds a master’s degree from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and The Center for Youth Ministry Training. She grew up attending church here and now loves serving in the very ministry that shaped her faith as a student. Brynn is passionate about helping teenagers navigate their walk with Christ. Outside of ministry, she enjoys watching basketball.

Jen is a graduate of Eastern University and has served at New Ridge Fellowship for many years, investing in and pouring into the lives of others. She is passionate about helping people feel seen, included, and welcomed, and desires to create environments where everyone can belong and grow in their faith.

In her spare time, Jen loves spending time with her husband, Corbin, along with her two children, Laelynn and Eli. She treasures time with her family, enjoys making memories together, and loves traveling—especially when it involves a trip to the beach.

Natasha received her B.S. degree from Elizabethtown College in 2011,  and began working at the BCIU. She has been teaching in the field for over 13 years, working at KinderCare, Safe Berks, and the YMCA. In her free time, you can find Natasha playing with her son, Grant and enjoying the outdoors. She believes that early childhood education is an important step in the development of young children as it sets the foundation for future learning. Her passion is to help children reach their full God given potential in life.

Terri is a graduate of Ursinus College with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.  Her background is in business administration.  She enjoys volunteering with children and enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and son Ben.  She loves gardening and socializing with friends and family, as well as traveling with her husband and son.
